Water heater died Sunday night in Hixson. They answered at 7 the next morning, had the new one in by noon, and showed me the price on a tablet before touching anything. The old one was hauled out and the garage swept.
Showed up when they said. Fixed it. Fair price.
Whole house on Signal Mountain suddenly had weak pressure. Marcus found a failed pressure regulator, explained what it was with the old one in his hand, and had the new part on the truck. Shoe covers at the door, drop cloth under the work, and my bathroom was cleaner when he left than when he came.
Non-emergency drain issue, so the first opening was a couple of days out — would've liked sooner. The visit itself was excellent: they ran a camera down the sewer line and showed me the roots on the screen before quoting anything.

Emergencies: we answer 24/7 and typical response is under two hours anywhere in Hamilton County. Routine work: usually within a day or two — and we show up inside the window we give you, or we call before it closes.
Are you licensed and insured?
